About the Job
Voor onze klant, een schoonmaakfirma die gespecialiseerd is in klassieke schoonmaak, zijn we op zoek naar een schoonmaker/ schoonmaakster om de mobiele ploeg te versterken.
Dit houdt in dat je met een camionette van de firma, al dan niet samen met een collega, naar verschillende kantoorruimtes of residenties rijdt om te poetsen.
Concreet bestaat je takenpakket onder meer uit: stofzuigen, dweilen, de vaatwas ledigen, keuken en sanitair onderhouden,...
De locaties bevinden zich in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Als schoonmaker bij de mobiele ploeg...
- Kan je minstens een basis gesprek in de Nederlandse taal voeren. Dit is belangrijk omdat je opdrachten in het Nederlands moet kunnen begrijpen, alsook moet kunnen rapporteren en communiceren met jouw verantwoordelijke en klanten
- Werk je zelfstandig
- Vind je het belangrijk om kwalitatieve prestaties af te leveren en de werkveiligheid te respecteren

- Een vaste job na succesvolle inloopperiode
- Een intensieve opleiding
- Een tewerkstelling van 37u met flexibele uren tussen 6u en 16u. Je rijtijd tussen de werkposten door wordt betaald als werktijd.
- Snelle opstart!
- Loon van €16.812 bruto/u + camionette om je naar de verschillende locaties te verplaatsen
- Na 3 maanden krijg je hierop een loonverhoging van 5% en na 1 jaar van 10%.
