Wij zijn een technische projectpartner gespecialiseerd in metaalconstructie, industriële installaties en montage. Met onze vier kernactiviteiten – Construct, Engineering, Electrics en Lifting – ondersteunen we industrie en landbouw, zowel in België als daarbuiten.

Jouw uitdaging
Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke ben jij de spil in onze werkplaats. Jij neemt de leiding, motiveert je team en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze metaalproducten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je organiseert en volgt de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats op, zodat deadlines gehaald worden.
- Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 10 collega’s aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte stukken en stemt dagelijks af met de projectleiders.
- Met jouw technische kennis en organisatorische vaardigheden zorg jij dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Wie ben jij?
- Technisch sterk: Je kan planlezen en hebt een uitstekende kennis van metaalbewerking en lassen.
- Ervaren met tools: Kennis van Autocad 2D? Dat is een dikke plus!
- Organisatietalent: Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en houdt overzicht, ook onder druk.
- Achtergrond: Je hebt een bachelor in mechanica/elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Taalvaardig: Je spreekt vlot NL + ENG + FR
