About the Job
Ben jij een zorgkundige en heb je een hart voor ouderen? Een ziekenhuis in Gent zoekt een enthousiaste collega voor de geriatrische afdeling. Samen zorg je voor warme, kwalitatieve zorg.
- Assisteren bij persoonlijke verzorging (wassen, kleden, mondzorg, toiletbezoek)
- Mobiliteit ondersteunen: helpen bij verplaatsingen, rolstoelgebruik, transfers
- Maaltijden uitdelen, helpen bij eten en drinken
- Observatie en rapportage: veranderingen in gezondheidstoestand signaleren en doorgeven aan het verpleegkundig team
- Psychosociale ondersteuning
- Samenwerking: werken in teamverband met verpleegkundigen, artsen en therapeuten
Your Profile
- Diploma zorgkundige + bijbehorend visumnummer
- Je hebt affiniteit met geriatrische zorg
- Empathisch en respectvol in omgang met patiënten
- Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Stressbestendig en flexibel in een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor comfort en veiligheid, en draagt bij aan een warme, mensgerichte zorg
