Wij zoeken gemotiveerde verpleegkundigen voor Sint-Lucas voor zowel langdurige opdrachten als losse inzet, op voorwaarde dat er een engagement is voor regelmatige beschikbaarheid. De focus ligt op ondersteuning binnen de inwendige afdeling.
- Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen en opvolgen van de klinische toestand van patiënten
- Toedienen van medicatie en ondersteunen bij onderzoeken en behandelingen
- Observeren, rapporteren en tijdig signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand
- Begeleiden en informeren van patiënten en hun familie
- Samenwerken met artsen en andere zorgverleners binnen een multidisciplinair team
- Waken over kwaliteit, hygiëne en patiëntveiligheid volgens geldende procedures
Your Profile
- Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5)
- Je bent gemotiveerd om te werken binnen een inwendige afdeling en hebt hier bij voorkeur affiniteit mee
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (bij voorkeur in een drieploegenstelsel, maar vroege of late shiften zijn ook mogelijk)
- Je werkt patiëntgericht, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
- Je functioneert goed in teamverband en communiceert vlot met collega’s en artsen
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met een dynamische werkomgeving
