- Als shopmanager neem jij de leiding over jouw winkel en team:

- Je maakt planningen, verdeelt taken en zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking
- Je bent zelf zichtbaar op de vloer en helpt klanten met professioneel advies
- Je bewaakt de winkelstandaarden (voorraad, presentatie, kassa, organisatie)
- Je denkt mee na over acties en initiatieven om resultaten te verbeteren
- Je werkt nauw samen met je district manager en rapporteert over de prestaties

- Relevante diploma
- Je hebt ervaring in retail én people management
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in gezondheid, voeding en verzorging
- Je bent een coachende leider die mensen weet te inspireren
- Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en resultaatsgedreven
- Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook in drukke momenten
- Je bent flexibel (incl. weekendwerk)
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (extra talen zijn een plus)
