In jouw projecten in regio Gent neem je een veelzijdige rol op binnen customer service en operations. Je takenpakket kan onder andere bestaan uit:
- Zorgen voor een snelle, warme en professionele klantenservice
- Klantvragen helder en enthousiast beantwoorden via verschillende kanalen
- Structuur brengen in workflows en administratie, ook tijdens piekmomenten
- Samenwerken met verschillende teams om de servicekwaliteit te versterken
- Meedenken over en implementeren van procesoptimalisaties
- Signaleren van verbeterkansen en deze proactief omzetten in acties
Dankzij jouw aanpak lopen processen vlotter, voelen klanten zich gehoord en groeit de organisatie mee met jouw inzichten.

Als Consultant Customer Service & Operations herken je jezelf in het volgende:
Wie je bent
- Flexibel en ondernemend: je schakelt vlot tussen projecten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Leergierig en nieuwsgierig: je wil blijven groeien, zowel professioneel als persoonlijk
- Communicatief sterk: je denkt mee, luistert actief en communiceert helder
- Praktisch ingesteld: verplaatsingen tot 45 à 60 minuten zie je als haalbaar
Wat je meebrengt
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterke digitale vaardigheden en vlotte omgang met ERP- en office-tools
- (ervaring met systemen zoals SAP, Odoo, Navision, Exact Online of MS Office is een plus)
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Extra talen zoals Engels of Duits zijn een troef
- Idealiter enkele jaren ervaring in een customer service of operationele functie
- Basiskennis van Exact Online is mooi meegenomen
