About the Job
Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van één of meerdere werven. Je stuurt het team aan, houdt toezicht op de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en veiligheidsvoorschriften verloopt. Jij bent de spil tussen arbeiders, onderaannemers, projectleiding en de klant.
Wat zijn jouw taken?
- Organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden op de werf
- Aansturen van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers
- Controleren van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning
- Dagelijks overleg met projectleiders en andere betrokken partijen
- Verzorgen van de nodige administratie (vorderingsstaten, werfverslagen, planning...)
- Instaan voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten en leveranciers
Your Profile
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Een technische opleiding (bouwkunde, elektromechanica,...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus;
- Leidinggevende en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en hands-on mentaliteit;
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een troef;
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
