Als Technisch Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en opvolging van elektrotechnische projecten, van opstart tot oplevering. Je leidt een team van techniekers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd.
Jouw taken:
- Aansturen en motiveren van jouw projectteam (techniekers, leveranciers).
- Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en budgetten.
- Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers.
- Opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werf en bewaken van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Opstellen van technische dossiers en rapportages.
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van verbetermaatregelen.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor of master in elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de industriële of residentiële elektrotechniek.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring met teamcoördinatie.
- Grondige kennis van elektrotechnische installaties, regelgeving en normen.
- Organisatorisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
