- Opstellen en nauwkeurig opvolgen van offertes
- Verwerken van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem
- Dagelijks contact met klanten (NL / FR / EN) via mail en telefoon
- Actieve ondersteuning van het salesteam
- Facturatie en administratieve opvolging
- Beheer en up-to-date houden van klantendossiers
- Meedenken en ondersteunen bij de transportplanning

Wie ben jij?
- Je bent een échte teamplayer met commerciële flair en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Bachelor diploma (administratief/economisch is een plus)
- Vlot in Nederlands, Frans én Engels
- Klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd
- Goede kennis van MS Office (ERP = mooie troef)
- Proactief en zelfstandig ingesteld
