Voor HOGENT zijn wij op zoek naar een adjunct-medewerker onthaal!
Je staat in voor het onthaal van klanten en studenten op de campus Schoonmeersen en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt. Belangrijke taken die jij zal uitvoeren;
- Ontvangen en verzenden van post
- Studenten en personeel verwijzen
- Telefonie
- Openen van slagbomen
- Beantwoorden van noodoproepen
- Geven van instructies bij calamiteit in samenwerking met de interne preventiedienst
- Ontvangen van leveringen
- Correcte opvolging bij bezorging van leveringen
Your Profile
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Je bent verantwoordelijk en proactief
- Hospitality is geen onbekend gegeven voor jou; je stelt je graag vriendelijk en klantgericht op
