About the Job

 

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse juridische gang van zaken van Belgische fondsen: raden van bestuur, algemene vergaderingen, bijwerken van juridische documentatie (prospectussen, statuten, mededelingen aan aandeelhouders, KID/PRIIP's, enz.).
  • Toezicht houden op de productie van periodieke en SFDR-rapporten (jaarlijks en halfjaarlijks).
  • Beheren van de interacties met de regelgevende instanties (FSMA), notarissen en externe dienstverleners.
  • Onderhouden van de relaties met interne partners (bewaarbank, transferagent, fondsbeheerder).
  • Gebruiken en bijwerken van specifieke IT-platforms en -tools met betrekking tot compliance en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de pan-Europese distributie van Belgische fondsen, met name via registraties bij externe dienstverleners.
  • Deelnemen aan projecten voor de oprichting, liquidatie of herstructurering van fondsen.
  • Toezicht houden op de regelgeving en wetgeving met betrekking tot beleggingsfondsen.
  • De afdeling vertegenwoordigen in werkgroepen (BEAMA) en deelnemen aan interne vergaderingen/opleidingen.

Your Profile

  • Je hebt een diploma in de rechten (minimaal bachelor).
  • Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, idealiter in het bankwezen, portefeuillebeheer, een advocatenkantoor of consultancy.
  • Je bent tweetalig Frans/Nederlands en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
