We are seeking a proactive Policy & Administrative Intern to support our Policy Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in meeting coordination, stakeholder management, and policy documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide organisational aid to the Policy Team and Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Committee Support: Assist with working groups and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth coordination and meeting preparation.
  • Policy Assistance: Help with the creation of reports, policy documentation, and the maintenance of internal systems and platforms.
  • Internal Liaison: Coordinate with IT and events teams to ensure high-quality meeting execution and logistics.

Your Profile

  • Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Soft Skills: A reliable and adaptable team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French is required. Additional European languages and previous administrative experience are considered assets.
