Onze klant, een gereputeerd en perfect drietalig advocatenkantoor, gelegen in Oudergem, is op zoek in het kader van een vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof naar:

?? Een trilinguale (FR/NL/EN) receptioniste / administratief medewerker
?? Halftijds – elke voormiddag

 

Taken

Bestellen van lunches

Onderhoud en opruimen van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes

Onthaal van leveranciers

Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken

Your Profile

Uitstekende kennis van het Frans en Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Engels

Ervaring in een administratieve omgeving (bij voorkeur juridisch of in een gestructureerde professionele omgeving)

Betrouwbaar, georganiseerd en zelfstandig
