Jouw takenpakket als Sales Support:
- In deze ondersteunende functie werk je nauw samen met de salesafdeling, het laboratorium en klanten:
- Je stelt offertes op in samenwerking met Sales en het Labo
- Je verzamelt en beheert klantendossiers en maakt rapporten op
- Je biedt een vriendelijke en professionele klantenservice, zowel telefonisch als via mail
- Je voert algemene administratieve taken uit binnen het team
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Bachelor werk- en denkniveau
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en een vlotte kennis van Frans en Engels
- Vlotte beheersing van MS Office
- Sterk in administratie en nauwkeurig werken
- Je bent een flexibele teamspeler met een klantgerichte mindset
- Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieunormen
- Chemische kennis of affiniteit met IT-systemen is een troef
