About the Job
Voor onze klant is Unique Antwerpen Maritiem op zoek naar een fumigatieplanner. Ben jij de missing piece of the puzzle?
Wat je zal doen:
- Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van planning rond fumigatie, gasmetingen en transport.
- Communicatie met externe partijen zoals transporteurs, rederijen, terminals en overheidsinstanties.
- Administratieve verwerking van metingen, rapporten, certificaten, veiligheidsdocumentatie en milieuvoorschriften.
- Opvolging op de kaai en samenwerking met operationele verantwoordelijken.
- Actieve rol in veiligheidsbewustzijn en naleving van wetgeving.
- Rapporteren aan de Terminal Manager en Director Fumiport.
- Administratieve ondersteuning

Wie zoeken we?
- Diploma secundair of hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in een chemische administratieve context is een plus
- Eerste relevante ervaring binnen de maritieme of logistieke sector
- Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en kennis van logistieke processen
- Flexibel, nauwkeurig, communicatief en hands-on
- Veiligheids- en milieubewust, stressbestendig en verantwoordelijk
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Engels (extra talen = plus)
- Goede kennis van ICT-toepassingen en digitale tools
