About the Job

Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Trade Support met een sterk administratief profiel. In deze functie ondersteun je het tradingteam en sta je in voor stockbeheer, contractopvolging en certificatenadministratie binnen een gestructureerde en professionele omgeving.

Jouw taken

  • Administratieve opvolging van goederenstromen en stockbeheer
  • Verwerking en opvolging van aankoop- en verkoopcontracten
  • Ondersteuning van het trade support team en fungeren als volwaardige back-up
  • Beheer en opvolging van certificaten en licenties, waaronder:
  • Bio-certificaten (import & export)
  • Fairtrade-certificeringen
  • Controle op geldigheid en vervaldata
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen op externe platformen en systemen
  • Opvolging van leveranciers en correcte registratie in interne systemen
  • Structureren en beheren van documentatie (contracten, certificaten, rapporten)
  • Administratieve ondersteuning rond duurzaamheidslabels (o.a. Rainforest)
  • Werken volgens gestandaardiseerde processen en interne richtlijnen

Your Profile

Wie zoeken we?

  • Minstens 3 jaar administratieve werkervaring binnen een internationale context (bv. trade support, import/export, customer service)
  • Kennis van Incoterms is vereist
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en in staat om zelfstandig te werken
  • Vlot in het gebruik van IT-systemen en digitale platformen
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; basiskennis Frans (A2/B1) volstaat
  • Teamgericht en discreet, met een sterke focus op samenwerking en ondersteuning
