About the Job

Als Clinical Supply Technician (CoDev-technician) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van meerdere klinische projecten. Jouw rol is ervoor te zorgen dat deze batches en kritische stalen tijdig worden geleverd aan klinische studies, verpakkings- en labelsites en testlaboratoria wereldwijd. Je werkt nauw samen met Project Engineers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor elk project.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit volgende aspecten: 

  • Technische en administratieve ondersteuning bij de productie van klinische supply
  • Opvolging van productieactiviteiten (formulatie, afvulling, inspectie), uitgevoerd door operatoren
  • Opstellen van ondersteunende documenten voor productie (bv. aanvragen voor labo-analyses)
  • Verantwoordelijk voor staalname tijdens productie en de verdere verwerking van stalen
  • Opstellen van verzenddocumenten (checklists, NSSG-formulieren, …)
  • Verantwoordelijk voor tijdige verzending en correcte opslagcondities van stalen en batches voor R&D en klinische studies
  • Werken met systemen zoals SAP en IPL
  • Efficiënt communiceren met verschillende stakeholders (douane, ontvangende sites, project engineers, import/export, koeriers, …)
  • Correct labelen en verpakken van stalen
  • Zorgen voor correcte ophaling van stalen door koeriers

Your Profile

Als Clinical Supply Technician ben/ heb je:

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma en een revelante ervaring in de farmaceutische sector 
  • Ervaring met GMP-documentatie
  • Een zeer goede kennis Nederlands 
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Positieve ingesteldheid en teamspirit
