Jouw rol als Talent Hunter IT
Als IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter het aantrekken van nieuwe medewerkers. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten en weet hen te enthousiasmeren voor opportuniteiten binnen de organisatie.
Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en HR en tilt recruitment naar een hoger niveau via slimme sourcingstrategieën en sterke communicatie.
Wat ga je doen?
Actief zoeken en benaderen van IT-profielen zoals:
- System Engineers
- Security Specialisten
- IT Architects
- Technical & Functional Consultants
- Accountmanagers en back-office profielen
Schrijven van sterke en overtuigende outreachberichten (LinkedIn, mail, etc.)
Telefonische screenings en eerste interviews uitvoeren
Prioriteiten bepalen en werken op zowel korte als lange termijn vacatures
Samenwerken met hiring managers en HR
Meedenken over employer branding en sourcingcampagnes
Optimaliseren en efficiënt gebruiken van het ATS-systeem
Up-to-date blijven met IT-trends en technologieën
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment / sourcing, bij voorkeur binnen IT
- Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en ATS-systemen
- Sterk in search, outreach en candidate engagement
- Communicatief sterk: persoonlijk, overtuigend en to the point
- Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamplayer
- Creatief en nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe tools en technieken
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
