About the Job
Als Sales Business Analyst ondersteun je het salesmanagement met analyses, rapportering en inzichten. Je optimaliseert salesprocessen, bewaakt de datakwaliteit in CRM-systemen en werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing en andere interne teams.
Jouw takenpakket
- Analyseren van salesdata en vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen
- Opstellen en onderhouden van salesrapporten, dashboards en KPI-overzichten
- Ondersteunen van Sales Directors en Sales Managers bij commerciële beslissingen
- Evalueren van salesresultaten, campagnes, beurzen en commerciële acties
- Optimaliseren en documenteren van salesprocessen en workflows
- Beheren van CRM-datakwaliteit en salesdocumentatie
- Samenwerken met Marketing, Finance en Logistiek rond data, rapportering en processen
- Ondersteunen van salesplanning, onboarding en gebruik van tools (CRM, BI, dashboards)
Your Profile
- Ervaring als Sales Analyst, Business Analyst of in een commerciële analytische rol
- Master of Bachelor diploma (Business, Economie, Data, Engineering of gelijkaardig)
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Sterk in data-analyse, Excel en CRM-systemen (bv. HubSpot)
- Ervaring met Power BI, Tableau of andere BI-tools is een plus
