Ben jij een klantgerichte multitasker die houdt van een vlotte babbel én efficiënte service? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Voor een sterk merk in de autosector zoeken we een telefonisch klantenadviseur die het verschil wil maken voor klanten aan de lijn.
Wat ga je doen als Klantenadviseur Onthaal?
Als eerste aanspreekpunt via telefoon ben jij de stem van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor een warm, professioneel en oplossingsgericht contact. Dankzij jouw luistervaardigheid en servicegerichte houding, voelen klanten zich écht geholpen.
- Je luistert naar de vragen van klanten en denkt actief mee
- Je plant afspraken in en volgt lopende dossiers (zoals herstellingen of onderhoud) op
- Je informeert klanten correct over hun voertuigstatus.
- Je verbindt klanten indien nodig door naar de juiste collega’s in één van de vestigingen
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratie en opvolging van elk contactmoment

- Je communiceert vlot, vriendelijk en professioneel
- Je voelt je goed aan de telefoon en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen, goed plannen en houdt het overzicht
- Je werkt graag in team en bent sociaal ingesteld
- Je leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen (kennis van automotive software is een pluspunt)
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, Engels is mooi meegenomen
Ervaring in een klantendienst of in de autosector is een troef, maar geen must. Wat telt is jouw motivatie en de wil om te leren!
