About the Job
Ben jij klaar om de stap te zetten van de werf naar een coördinerende rol? Voor een groeiend en ambitieus bedrijf in vloerprojecten zoeken we een (junior) werfleider die technische kennis combineert met organisatie en verantwoordelijkheid. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien en impact te maken op diverse projecten over heel Vlaanderen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Coördineren en opvolgen van werven van opstart tot oplevering
- Aansturen van vloerders en onderaannemers
- Plannen, organiseren en bewaken van timing en kwaliteit
- Technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en aannemers
- Opvolgen van administratie, vorderingsstaten en werfvergaderingen
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Ervaring in de bouwsector (bv. als vloerder, ploegbaas of technisch profiel)
- Klaar voor een volgende stap naar meer verantwoordelijkheid
- Sterk in planning, communicatie en probleemoplossing
- Flexibel en bereid om werven in heel Vlaanderen op te volgen
- Goede kennis Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus
- Handig met MS Office
