About the Job

Over de functie

Binnen het Collections team werk je in de frontlinie van het debiteurenbeheer. Jij bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met een beginnende betalingsachterstand. Je helpt hen om hun situatie snel recht te zetten en voorkomt dat dossiers verder escaleren.

Je combineert klantgerichtheid met een duidelijke focus op oplossingen en risicobeheer. Zo draag je bij aan een gezonde financiële opvolging van een grote kredietportefeuille.

Takenpakket

  • Telefonisch contacteren van klanten met beperkte betalingsachterstand
  • Uitleg geven over openstaande betalingen en gevolgen van laattijdigheid
  • Afspreken en opvolgen van betalingsbeloftes
  • Klanten begeleiden naar oplossingen (bv. domiciliëring, permanente opdrachten)
  • Informatie verzamelen om de oorzaak van de achterstand te begrijpen
  • Dossiers aanvullen en correct registreren in het systeem
  • Bij geen contact: opvolging via e-mail en interne communicatie met agentschappen

Profiel

  • Tweetalig Nederlands en Frans
  • Eerste ervaring binnen collections is vereist (ervaring in callcenter, klantendienst of incasso is een plus)
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en empathisch
  • Stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
  • Analytisch en in staat om snel situaties in te schatten
  • Teamplayer met een positieve en professionele houding
  • Vlot in het gebruik van MS Office en snel in het aanleren van nieuwe systemen
