About the Job
Als Technisch Productmanager maak je deel uit van het Product Management Team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, het beheer en de optimalisatie van ons non-paint productportfolio. Je combineert technische kennis met praktische ervaring in autoschadeherstel en industriële coatingprocessen.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van nieuwe en bestaande non-paint producten in samenwerking met R&D, productie en leveranciers
- Analyseren van markttrends, klantbehoeften en technologische ontwikkelingen binnen de paint- en non-paint sector
- Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor interne teams, distributeurs en klanten
- Opvolgen van producttesten, veldbeoordelingen en technische validaties samen met de technische trainers in het Technical Centre
- Ondersteunen van verkoopteams met productkennis, demonstraties en technische documentatie
- Voorbereiden van productstrategieën, productintroducties en opstellen van technische specificaties
- Onderhouden van relaties met internationale partners en leveranciers
- Veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Je werkt volgens ISO-normen en interne procedures
- Je houdt rekening met veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen bij productontwikkeling en testen
- Documentatie, testresultaten en technische specificaties worden nauwkeurig bijgehouden en beheerd
Your Profile
Wij zoeken een proactieve en technisch onderlegde specialist die graag bijdraagt aan innovatieve oplossingen en de schakel vormt tussen technologie, markt en klant.
- Ervaring in Automotive / Refenish
- Je beschikt over grondige kennis van de paint- en non-paint markt, inclusief producten, processen en innovaties
- Ervaring in productontwikkeling, productmanagement of technische ondersteuning is een sterke plus
- Praktische ervaring in spuiterijen, spuitcabines of industriële coatingomgevingen is een voordeel
- Je hebt analytische vaardigheden en kan technische informatie vertalen naar commerciële kansen
- Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, intern en extern
- Heel goede kennis Nederlands en Engels - commuciceren 50/50 Eng en Ned
- Je bent bereid te reizen binnen Europa voor beurzen, klantbezoeken, leveranciersbezoeken en producttesten
