Als BOM & Master Data Specialist speel je een cruciale rol binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle master data en stuklijsten correct en up-to-date zijn, zodat productie en planning optimaal kunnen functioneren.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Aanmaken, onderhouden en optimaliseren van (multi-level) BOM’s in SAP S/4HANA
- Beheren van productieversies en alternatieve BOM’s voor verschillende lijnen
- Valideren van stuklijsten in samenwerking met interne stakeholders
- Coördineren en implementeren van wijzigingen (ECR/ECO processen)
- Beheer van master data (grondstoffen, halffabricaten, eindproducten, verbruiksgoederen)
- Bewaken van datakwaliteit en consistentie over systemen en afdelingen heen
- Uitvoeren van controles en data cleansing om fouten te vermijden
- Ondersteunen van productie en planning met correcte en tijdige data
- Analyseren van problemen gelinkt aan master data en voorstellen van verbeteringen
- Beheren van een gestructureerde bibliotheek van verpakkingsmaterialen
- Meewerken aan SAP- en digitalisatieprojecten
- Opstellen en opvolgen van KPI’s rond datakwaliteit
Your Profile
Jouw profiel als BOM & Master Data Specialist:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minstens 3–5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Sterke kennis van SAP S/4HANA (bij voorkeur PP/MM)
- Ervaring met BOM’s en master data binnen een ERP-omgeving
- Goed inzicht in supply chain en productieprocessen (MRP, routings, etc.)
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
