About the Job

Wat zal uw missie zijn? 

U zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • Het analyseren en evalueren van incidenten die door de servicedesk zijn doorgegeven;
  • Het oplossen van incidenten en documentatie van het systeem van de klant;
  • Het proactief onderhouden van systemen;
  • Het voorbereiden en configureren van PC’s/servers (hardware- en softwareaspecten);
  • Het beschermen en overdragen van gegevens (backup, antivirus);
  • Windows 11 migraties;
  • Ondersteuning van de 365 omgeving

U zult nauwkeurig reageren op de verzoeken van de klant, de verwerkingstijd en de oplostijd van incidenten respecteren, in overeenstemming met de procedures van de klant.

Your Profile

Wat is uw profiel? 

U heeft minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT-ondersteuning en u heeft vaardigheden in de meeste van de volgende omgevingen:

  • Kennis van desktop- en laptopbesturingssystemen;
  • Kennis van netwerktechnologieën (IP, DHCP, DNS, …);
  • Basiskennis van zakelijke e-mailomgevingen (Office 365 + ADD on);
  • Office 365
  • Configuratie van hardware met betrekking tot het besturingssysteem
  • Kennis van beveiliging
  • Basiskennis van Windows-server (beheer)
  • Basiskennis van back-upsystemen (Veeam of andere)
  • Ervaring met het activeren van gsm’s (iPhone met MDM) is een pluspunt
  • Geldige certificeringen in een van deze gebieden zijn ook belangrijke voordelen
  • Alle ervaringen in de wereld van servers, Active Directory en mailservers zijn welkom (inclusief virtualisatie en Cloud)

U spreekt perfect in Nederlands en Frans, met een goede kennis van technisch Engels.
