About the Job
We gaan op zoek naar een Business Controller met impact. Je wordt een sleutelspeler in ons regionale financiële team in Lommel én maakt deel uit van onze internationale groep.
In deze rol combineer je boekhouding, controlling en rapportering met een flinke dosis innovatie. Jij helpt mee een datagedreven cultuur neer te zetten, zorgt voor heldere managementinformatie en vertaalt cijfers naar acties. Kortom: jouw analyses helpen ons groeien!
Wat ga je doen?
- Je bouwt mee aan een slim controlesysteem dat financiële en operationele info betrouwbaar maakt.
- Je ondersteunt het opstellen van budgetten, prognoses en analyses en helpt managementrapportages vorm te geven.
- Je duikt in de boekhouding en maandafsluiting en zorgt dat alles klopt tot in de puntjes.
- Je optimaliseert processen in ons ERP-systeem en denkt actief mee over automatisatie.
- Je vertaalt cijfers in inzichten, KPI’s en heldere rapporten.
- Je ondersteunt audits en ad-hoc projecten waar jouw skills nodig zijn.
- Je houdt financiële data up-to-date in onze BI-tool en helpt resultaten samenbrengen voor de maandelijkse bedrijfsreview.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?:

Je hebt een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in een financieel of economisch vakgebied.

Je hebt kennis van maandafsluitingsprocessen en weet hoe audits werken.

Ervaring in een productieomgeving en met ERP-systemen (liefst SAP), BI-tools zoals Power BI en andere productiegerichte software? Groot pluspunt!

Jij bent hands-on en pakt uitdagingen snel en efficiënt aan.

Je bouwt makkelijk vertrouwen op en communiceert overtuigend met collega’s, stakeholders én klanten.

Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve skills (zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels), gecombineerd met goed timemanagement, analytisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.

Verandering schrikt jou niet af: je voelt je juist thuis in een dynamische omgeving die volop in opstart en beweging is.
