Voor een stabiele, familiale productieomgeving in de regio zoeken we een teamverantwoordelijke die kwaliteit en verzending in goede banen leidt. Je combineert aansturing met meewerken op de vloer. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving met veel verantwoordelijkheid en een aantrekkelijk pakket.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je stuurt een team van 4 medewerkers aan en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt
- Je organiseert en volgt de kwaliteitscontrole van afgewerkte producten op
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om een vlotte flow te garanderen
- Je coördineert het laden, lossen en verzendklaar maken van goederen
- Je houdt planning en administratie op orde
Your Profile
Wie ben je?
- Technische opleiding of ervaring in productie/magazijn
- Ervaring in het aansturen van een team
- Interesse in techniek en productieprocessen
- Sterk in organisatie, planning en administratie
- Communicatief en stressbestendig
- Nauwkeurig met oog voor kwaliteit
Education
TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2

Wat krijg je?
