USG Professionals is op zoek naar een freelance Learning & Development Officer voor een tijdelijke opdracht binnen een professionele en dynamische organisatie.

De opdracht loopt van 18/05/2026 tot en met 31/12/2026 en biedt de kans om een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan de ondersteuning en optimalisatie van leer- en ontwikkelingsprocessen.

Als Learning & Development Officer combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met inhoudelijke betrokkenheid en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.

Takenpakket:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond opleidingen en leertrajecten
  • Beheer en actualisatie van het Learning Management System (LMS) en de opleidingscatalogus
  • Coördinatie en organisatie van opleidingsinitiatieven en ontwikkeltrajecten
  • Administratieve opvolging van externe opleidingspartners, inclusief facturatie
  • Opmaak en analyse van rapporteringen rond opleidingen en effectiviteit
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatieprojecten binnen Learning & Development
  • Opstellen en verspreiden van communicatie rond opleidingsaanbod en initiatieven
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van feedback ter verbetering van leertrajecten

Your Profile

  • Je bent een zelfstandige professional met ervaring in Learning & Development en een sterke hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van leerprocessen en opleidingsmethodieken
  • Sterk in organisatie, planning en administratie
  • Vlotte communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om data te vertalen naar inzichten
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig
  • Ervaring met LMS-systemen is een sterke troef
  • Tweetalig NL/FR, goede kennis van Engels
