Als Procurement Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht die ervoor zorgt dat onze leveranciers van grondstoffen, onderdelen en apparatuur voldoen aan de strengste normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, prestaties en duurzaamheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van een supplier quality management system volgens ISO 9001
  • Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties (OTD, PPM, NCR’s, conformiteit)
  • Valideren van procesbekwaamheid met productie en onderhoud
  • Uitvoeren van analyses (RCA, 8D) en opvolgen van verbeteracties
  • Leveranciersaudits, scorecardbeheer en stimuleren van continue verbetering

Your Profile

Ben je technisch onderlegd en weet je hoe je kwaliteit en leveranciersperformantie naar een hoger niveau tilt? Met jouw mix van analytische scherpte, proceskennis en communicatieve kracht ben jij de expert die de functie van procurement engineer vervult!

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Engineering, Materiaalkunde of Kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Je hebt 3–5 jaar ervaring in leverancierskwaliteit, procurement engineering of procesbeheersing binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met glas, keramiek of metaal is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een brede softwarekennis: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SAP & het lezen van technische tekeningen vormt geen probleem
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden met een scherp oog voor detail en een duidelijke, professionele communicatiestijl
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt inzicht in relevante Europese en Belgische kwaliteits- en milieuregelgeving.
