About the Job

Ben jij sterk met cijfers, georganiseerd en wil je verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de financiële administratie? Wij zoeken een Allround Financieel Medewerker die instaat voor alle financiële en administratieve processen binnen het bedrijf.

 

  • Verwerken en controleren van inkoopfacturen; inboeken en opvolgen van betalingen.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van verkoopfacturen en het beheren van de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie.
  • Beheer van bankboekingen, memoriaalposten, kas- en bankmutaties.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen en eventueel opvolgen met betalingsherinneringen.
  • Bijdragen aan periodieke afsluitingen: maand-, kwartaal- en/of jaarafsluitingen, rapporteringen en overzichten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de boekhouding: dankzij jouw werk blijft de financiële administratie correct en overzichtelijk.
  • Up-to-date houden van klanten- en leveranciersgegevens, dossiers en interne administratie.
  • Meedenken en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties binnen de financiële administratie: verbeteren van workflows, digitaliseren of structureren van administratie.

Your Profile

Wie ben jij als AP accountant?

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële administratie en boekhoudkundige basisprincipes
  • Kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamspeler, flexibel en communicatief
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt zin om processen te beheren én te verbeteren.
  • Je kan vlot met kantoorsoftware werken (bv. MS Office / Excel); kennis van boekhoud- of ERP-software is een pluspunt.
