Voor onze klant in Herk-de-Stad zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke versterking binnen het Customer Financials Team ter vervanging van een collega die momenteel afwezig is wegens ziekte. 

Jouw takenpakket

  • Uitbellen naar klanten om openstaande saldi op te volgen
  • Beheer van de mailbox van het Customer Financials Team
  • beantwoorden van vragen omtrent facturen
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons met vragen over facturatie

Your Profile

We zoeken iemand die:

  • graag telefonisch contact heeft met klanten (inbound & outbound)
  • voldoende assertief is om klanten op te bellen over openstaande betalingen
  • nauwkeurig en accuraat werkt, gezien het gaat over facturatie
  • vlot nieuwe systemen oppikt; kennis van SAP is een plus
  • idealiter ook een goede kennis Frans heeft, aangezien er klanten zijn in Wallonië en Brussel
