Onze klant in Wevelgem is op zoek naar een administratief - commercieel bediende

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt is het jouw uitdaging om elke klant op een enthousiaste en efficiënte manier te verwerlkomen en verder te begeleiden.
  • Je neemt telefoons op en doet dit op een voorname en vlotte manier met een uitstekende commerciële feeling.
  • Je behandelt vragen en prijsvragen van klanten en springt bij in de opmaak van offertes.
  • Orders en dossiers kan je administratief feilloos verwerken.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's van andere afdelingen in hun administratie en telefonie.
  • Je staat mee in voor permanantie in de toonzaal en helpt in drukke periodes bij het adviseren van klanten.

  • Je bent Nederlandstalig maar je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Zaterdagwerk is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Enekele jaren ervaring in een klantgerichte functie is een must.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende commercieel inzicht om behendig in te pikken op sales opportuniteiten.
  • Steven naar klanttevredenheid geeft je voldoening.
  • Je bent leergierig én resultaat gericht.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt accuraat.
  • Je toont inzet en engagement met verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Een grote passie voor interieur, trends en lifestyle mag uiteraard niet ontbreken.
