  • Verwerken van dagelijks inkomende facturen van leveranciers, onkostennota's en creditnota's
  • De documenten dienen analytisch correct geboekt worden
  • Je controleert op de correcte grootboekrekening, kostenplaats en verifieert de toepassing van BTW-regels
  • Je volgt het goedkeuringsproces op van de inkomende facturen
  • Voorbereiden van tijdige en correcte uitvoering van betalingen
  • Openstaande saldi opvolgen
  • Dossiers van borgstellingen en bankwaarborgen beheren en opvolgen
  • Ondersteuning van de maandelijkse rapportering en jaarafsluit
  • Opmaken van ICO rapporten

Your Profile

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in Accountancy & fiscaliteit of bedrijfskunde
  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in boekhouding
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-Systeem (SAP is een pluspunt)
  • Ervaring met MS office is een plus!
  • Je kan goed werken in teamverband
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlans en spreekt goed Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
