About the Job
Wat ga je doen?
Je zorgt voor een vlotte werking van het magazijn: je plant goederenstromen, bewaakt orde en netheid en ziet toe op correcte opslag van producten.
Je stuurt het magazijnteam aan, motiveert en coacht collega’s en zorgt voor een goede planning, opleiding en opvolging.
Je houdt de voorraad correct bij, voert tellingen uit en waakt over de kwaliteit van de producten.
Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze magazijnprocessen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen maken, ook op vlak van digitalisering.
Je ondersteunt onze filialen met advies over magazijninrichting, opslag, veiligheid en efficiënt voorraadbeheer.
Je volgt inkomende en uitgaande goederen op, spoort fouten op en helpt verbeteringen door te voeren
Your Profile
Welke skills en ervaring hoopt onze klant terug te vinden in zijn/haar nieuwe supervisor:
- Minimaal 3jaar ervaring in een magazijnomgeving
- je ziet verbeteringen en neemt initiatief
- Kennis van voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen is een must
- computerskills (MS Office maar ook de nodige logistieke programma's zoals SAP, WMS of ERP strekken tot de aanbeveling)
- doe-mentaliteit
- mee werken , goed voorbeeld geven

Waar mag jij op rekenen:
- vast contract na een geslaagde interimperiode
- loon in functie van je ervaring, loonrange van 3000 euro bruto tem 4200 euro bruto
