About the Job
Voor onze klant in Herentals gaan we op zoek naar een Business Controller waarbij jij de brug tussen finance en business vormt. Jij helpt directie en management om slimme beslissingen te nemen en geeft richting aan onze groei. Dankzij jouw inzichten zien we kansen nog vóór anderen ze zien.
? Wat ga je doen?
- Meewerken aan budgetten en forecasts en deze actief opvolgen en bijsturen
- Business cases en investeringen analyseren en de financiële haalbaarheid bewaken
- Sparringpartner zijn voor directie en management
- Adviseren rond kostenoptimalisatie, efficiëntie en groeikansen
- Financiële data vertalen naar concrete actiepunten en strategie
- Risico’s signaleren en slimme beheersmaatregelen voorstellen ?
- Meewerken aan interne controles, compliance en procesverbeteringen
- Kortom: jij zorgt dat cijfers impact krijgen op de business.
Your Profile
Wat breng jij mee?
- Master in een financiële richting (TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, …)
- Ervaring in Business Controlling: budgettering, forecasting en rapportering
- Ervaring met ERP-implementaties (Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een plus)
- Sterke communicator: je schakelt vlot met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
- Kritische mindset en durf om ideeën en verbeteringen aan te brengen
- Vlot Nederlands & Engels (Frans is mooi meegenomen)
- Echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt over afdelingen heen
