Ben jij administratief sterk, communicatief en werk je graag in een internationale omgeving? Voor een bedrijf regio Ardooie zijn wij op zoek naar een sales assistant die het salesteam ondersteunt en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van klanten en orders.
Jouw takenpakket
Als Sales Assistant ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten. Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve en commerciële opvolging.
- Je behandelt vragen en problemen van klanten via e-mail en telefonisch.
- Je maakt orders aan in het ERP-systeem en beheert het orderboek van jouw klanten.
- Je verzorgt de volledige orderadministratie, van bestelling tot facturatie.
- Je volgt de voorraad van klanten op en zorgt voor een tijdige levering.
- Je stelt Excel-rapporten op ter ondersteuning van het salesteam.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Een eerste werkervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en durft initiatief te nemen.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht en houdt het overzicht.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office.
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur SAP) is een troef.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een extra pluspunt.
