About the Job
Wil je aan de slag bij een gerenommeerde financiële instelling in Brussel en bijdragen aan de juridische opvolging van beleggingsfondsen? Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Fund Legal Specialist om het Fund Legal Life team tijdelijk te versterken.
In deze rol ben je betrokken bij de juridische en administratieve opvolging van Belgische beleggingsfondsen, in samenwerking met het juridische team en diverse interne en externe partners.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Organisatie en opvolging van het dagelijkse juridische en administratieve beheer van Belgische beleggingsfondsen
- Voorbereiding en organisatie van bestuursvergaderingen en algemene vergaderingen
- Bijwerken van juridische documentatie van de fondsen (prospectussen, PCD, statuten, PRIIPs/KID, aandeelhouderscommunicatie, enz.)
- Opvolging en supervisie van periodieke rapporten en SFDR-rapportages (jaar- en halfjaarverslagen)
- Indiening van dossiers bij de toezichthouder (FSMA)
- Coördinatie en contact met notarissen en externe dienstverleners
- Samenwerking met interne en externe partners zoals de depositobank, transfer agent en fondsbeheerders
- Gebruik, onderhoud en actualisatie van specifieke IT-platforms en tools (PRIIPs/KID, SFDR PCD, SFDR PRD)
- Ondersteuning van de pan-Europese distributie van Belgische beleggingsfondsen, inclusief registratie bij externe dienstverleners
- Deelname aan projecten rond de lancering, herstructurering en liquidatie van fondsen
- Opvolging van regelgevende en wettelijke wijzigingen rond beleggingsfondsen
- Deelname aan juridische sectorale werkgroepen
- Deelname aan interne juridische vergaderingen en opleidingen
Your Profile
- Diploma Rechten (minimaal bachelor)
- 1–3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen banking, asset management, advocatuur of consultancy
- Perfect tweetalig Frans/Nederlands, zeer goede kennis van Engels
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gestructureerd
- Analytisch en precies in uitvoering
- Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
