Als Industrieel Bakker ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces en zorg je mee voor een kwalitatief eindproduct waar duizenden mensen dagelijks van genieten.
Wat ga je doen?
Als industrieel bakker sta je in voor het volledige bakproces in een geautomatiseerde omgeving:
Voorbereiding & Mengerij
- Afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen volgens recepturen
- Juist instellen van machines en deegprocessen
Productie & Oventoezicht
- Bedienen van industriële baklijnen
- Toezicht houden op rijzen, bakken en afkoelen
- Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens elke productiefase
? Technisch & Operationeel werk
- Kleine storingen oplossen of doorgeven aan techniekers
- Productieparameters nauwgezet opvolgen
Hygiëne & Veiligheid
- Werken volgens HACCP-normen
- Ordelijk en hygiënisch houden van de werkpost
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
We kijken uit naar iemand die:
- Ervaring heeft als bakker, industrieel bakker of in een productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector
- Zin voor kwaliteit en hygiëne heeft
- Nauwkeurig werkt en graag met machines omgaat
- Fysiek werk aankan en gemotiveerd is om bij te leren
- Flexibel is naar werkuren
Education
TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
Experience
