Jij bent de motor achter een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces.
In onze productiezalen draait alles rond ritme, precisie en teamwork. Als Procesoperator zorg jij dat de lijnen optimaal draaien en dat jouw team mee is in elke stap van het proces.
En je groeit verder: na een grondige opleiding word jij back-up chef, klaar om de leiding te nemen wanneer nodig.
Wat doe je precies?
- Je stelt productielijnen in en bewaakt parameters zoals snelheid, temperatuur en productkwaliteit
- Je volgt het volledige productieproces op, van hygiëne tot outputniveau
- Je stuurt en coacht een team van 4 à 5 productiemedewerkers
- Je werkt nauw samen met labo, supervisors en technische dienst
- Je denkt mee aan verbeteringsprojecten, opleidingen en procesanalyses

Your Profile
Wat breng je mee?
Wij zoeken iemand die vanzelf overzicht bewaart, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag met mensen werkt.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als voedingsoperator in productie
- Een technisch of wetenschappelijk diploma secundair onderwijs
- Planmatig inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een coachende, rustige en motiverende aanpak
- Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne
- Vlotte mondelinge kennis Nederlands en Engels
